Description:
We are a fast-moving events agency that produces memorable live experiences, and we’re seeking a talented Creative Visual Designer (Events) to join our Dubai studio. In this role you will turn concepts into immersive, hyper-realistic 3D visuals and client-facing presentations that communicate the look, feel, and practicality of each event before production begins.
Role Overview:You will be responsible for translating event themes and briefs into polished visual stories — building 3D mockups, mood boards, and pitch decks that persuade clients and guide production teams. Your work will bridge creative vision and on-the-ground execution, ensuring designs are both inspiring and buildable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce hyper-realistic 3D event renderings, visual mockups, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Convert themes, venue constraints, and client briefs into cohesive visual narratives.
- Create mood boards, concept boards, and pitch decks that clearly communicate design intent and experience.
- Work closely with creative, technical and production teams to ensure concepts are feasible and aligned with budgets and timelines.
- Maintain a meticulous eye for detail and consistency across all visual deliverables.
- Adapt designs rapidly to reflect client feedback and changing project requirements in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a 3D Visualizer or Creative Designer within events, exhibitions, or related live-production fields.
- A strong portfolio that highlights hyper-realistic renderings and concept-driven event visuals.
- Skilled in industry-standard software (examples: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent 3D visualization tools).
- Exceptional creativity, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to translate abstract ideas into clear visuals.
- Confident presentation and communication skills to explain concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while remaining solution-oriented and collaborative.
