Description:
Jack Morton Dubai is seeking an experienced Creative Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of its creative studio. This role is focused on managing project workflows, coordinating resources, and ensuring creative teams have the support they need to deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Client Services, Strategy, Production, and Creative teams to manage schedules, allocate resources, and keep projects progressing efficiently. The portfolio includes brand activations, product launches, exhibitions, forums, retail experiences, cultural programs, and sports events. This is a freelance contract for 3–4 months, with an immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage workflow and resource allocation across the creative studio.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Work closely with Client Services, Strategy, Production, and Creative teams.
• Balance multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities.
• Support the delivery of brand activations, exhibitions, retail experiences, forums, cultural programs, and sports events.
• Improve studio processes to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Experience working in a creative agency, experiential, events, or design environment.
• Proven experience in studio traffic management, resource planning, or creative operations.
• 5–8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for creativity, design, and live experiences.
• Strong knowledge of:
