Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and student-focused Cover Arabic A Primary Teacher to join our team immediately to cover a maternity leave. The successful applicant will be based in Dubai and must hold a family sponsorship visa. This role involves teaching Arabic to primary-age children while maintaining the school’s standards for learning, behaviour and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons that align with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Maintain classroom routines and good behaviour management to create a positive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, keeping accurate records and preparing short reports as required.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of learners at different levels and provide appropriate support.
- Liaise with colleagues and the leadership team to ensure consistency and continuity in teaching.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers when required and support school events or meetings related to the class.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be resident in Dubai with a family sponsorship visa.
- Able to start immediately to cover the maternity period.
- Relevant teaching qualification or diploma; primary teaching experience is desirable.
- Strong classroom management, planning and communication skills.
- Passion for working with young learners and supporting their overall development.
