We Are Hiring: Country HR Manager – UAE

Tafaseel Group Holding is currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Country HR Manager – UAE to lead and execute the people strategy at a country level. This role is critical in supporting business growth within a fast-paced, performance-focused, and operationally intensive environment.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, execution-focused, and highly accountable, with the ability to take ownership of HR operations, workforce planning, and strategic hiring aligned with business objectives and client requirements. This position goes beyond routine HR management and requires strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement country-level HR strategies aligned with organizational and operational goals
  • Support RFP submissions through effective workforce planning, including headcount modeling, manpower costing, and budget alignment
  • Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to plan staffing requirements and HR budgets for both new and existing contracts
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality hiring
