Description:
Al Fuad Exchange is currently hiring professional and customer-focused Counter Staff to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who can efficiently manage financial transactions while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners will be given priority, and the position is open exclusively to Arab nationals.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling remittance services, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day counter operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming and outgoing remittances through direct channels and third-party systems
• Assist customers by providing accurate information about financial products and services
• Support wage disbursement processes and manage WPS file submissions
• Perform transactions efficiently through a single-window system
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, coordinating with operations for resolution
• Ensure confidentiality and protection of customer data at all times
• Assist with compliance procedures including KYC (Know Your Customer), CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence)
• Support WPS salary processing and manage SIF file operations
• Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude towards customers
• Follow company policies and deliver high-quality service standards
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
