We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the company and UAE government authorities, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up businesses in Dubai Mainland and UAE Freezones
- Process mainland and free zone visas, golden visas, and amendments
- Prepare client documentation efficiently and accurately
- Draft professional emails and maintain Excel records
- Coordinate and follow up with government authorities
- Organize and manage client business proposals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role working with UAE government bodies
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
