Description:

We’re Hiring: Coordinator-Permit to Work (PTW).

Location: Site-based, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of Permit to Work (PTW) issuance, tracking, and closure
• Liaise with construction, HSE, and client representatives to coordinate work permits
• Ensure all PTWs meet ADNOC and project-specific safety requirements
• Maintain accurate records of permits and related documentation
• Support toolbox talks, risk assessments, and field verifications
• Identify and help mitigate worksite hazards related to permitted activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in PTW coordination on oil & gas or heavy industrial projects
• Sound knowledge of ANOC PTW systems and procedures
• Strong understanding of HSE protocols and safe work practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
