Description:
CVS Health is seeking a Coordinator, Member Services (MCO Coordinator) to join their remote team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and quality of member correspondence, particularly operational letters related to Medicare. Candidates will work closely with internal and external partners to validate documents, identify errors, and maintain compliance with service-level agreements.
Work Schedule:
• Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (AZ Time)
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate PDF letters for template accuracy, client branding, formatting, and content before release.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate data file matching with outgoing correspondence.
• Assist lead staff with internal research, documentation, requirements gathering, and follow-up.
• Maintain correspondence tracking reports and ensure record-keeping accuracy.
• Participate in template and mailing updates to streamline daily processes.
• Identify deficiencies in letters and communicate findings across teams.
• Support operational processes during high-volume periods.
• Take part in special projects to improve department functions.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of related work experience in healthcare or PBM operations.
• Familiarity with print file functionality and data requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in proofreading or quality control is an asset.
Education:
