We are currently seeking a Coordinator, Financial Operations to join our Business Compliance team. This role is responsible for managing financial and operational aspects of HWP Medical Marketing and its clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payments and expenses. The role also supports transfer of value reporting and overall financial operations of the Speaker Bureau program.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance for medical marketing and Speaker Bureau programs.
- Review and process payments for speakers, including honorariums, travel reimbursements, and per diems.
- Address inquiries from account services, medical marketing colleagues, and speakers.
- Support transfer of value activity reviews.
- Maintain professional communication with colleagues, clients, and speakers, addressing questions promptly.
- Adhere to HWP and client guidelines and business rules related to Medical Marketing compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- College degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
- Agency experience, especially with Speaker Bureau, is advantageous.
- Basic accounting knowledge or strong competency with numbers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software such as NetSuite.
- Strong database navigation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
