YAS Projects is expanding its team and is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract management operations across multiple high-profile construction projects in the UAE. This role is essential in ensuring contract compliance, managing risks, and facilitating smooth execution of projects from a commercial and legal perspective. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete contract management processes across multiple ongoing construction projects
• Review, prepare, and negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met in accordance with project specifications and UAE laws
• Handle contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes efficiently
• Provide commercial advice and support to project teams to reduce risks and optimize project costs
• Work closely with project, procurement, and finance teams to maintain alignment and ensure smooth operations
• Track contract performance and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in contract administration within the UAE construction industry
• Strong background in handling building, high-rise, and civil infrastructure projects
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction laws and regulations
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, PMP, or FIDIC Certified Professional are considered an advantage
• Proficiency in contract management tools, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and documentation practices
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
