Description:
RemoteHunter is seeking a Contract Operations Analyst II to manage contract pricing and membership information within internal systems. This role involves analyzing data, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across teams to support critical pricing and membership operations in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve contract price issues, including performing root cause analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, GPOs, and manufacturers regarding contract agreements.
• Validate and update contract data in SAP, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain exception reports and analyze pricing and membership data.
• Investigate and resolve contract discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
• Collaborate with account managers and sales coordinators to address contract concerns.
• Work with cross-functional business units to reconcile discrepancies and update information.
• Participate in customer contract onboarding meetings and provide required reporting.
• Support leadership and team members as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical contract policies, including 340B, Contract Pharmacy, and Orphan Drug regulations.
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in contract administration or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Technical skills with Salesforce and SAP are preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
