The company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Contract Manager to join its Legal team. This role will support a wide range of commercial contracting activities while collaborating with global teams to ensure efficient legal operations, risk management, and contract compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate, review, manage, and track commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and contract amendments
• Maintain accurate contract records and reporting using CLM systems and DocuSign
• Support contract negotiations and assist in updating templates, playbooks, and legal documentation standards
• Act as a primary legal contact for cross-functional teams, providing guidance on contract terms, policies, and standard/legal deviations
• Manage order forms, amendments, and ongoing commercial legal requests for a growing organization
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new legal and contract management tools
• Support corporate governance activities including board records, resolutions, and subsidiary documentation (U.S. and international entities)
• Participate in special legal projects such as corporate due diligence, litigation support, and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Contract Manager or Paralegal, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
• Experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams with legal contracting needs
• Strong understanding of contract management processes and corporate governance structures
• Familiarity with international legal entities and global operational support
• Experience with SaaS or AI-related contracts is an advantage
• Proficiency in CLM tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, or DocuSign
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams
