Description:
TELUS Digital is seeking a Content Reviewer to join their US-based team on a part-time, freelance basis. This role allows you to work from home while contributing to improving the user experience of top search engines by reviewing and assessing online content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and provide feedback on texts, pages, images, and other types of information using online tools
- Review and rate search results for relevance and quality
- Help enhance the overall user experience for millions of search engine users
- Contribute to the development and training of AI models for global clients
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of the United States for the past three consecutive years
- Familiarity with current and historical US business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs
- Active use of Gmail, social media, and web browsers for navigating and interacting with content
- Daily access to broadband internet, a personal computer, and a smartphone (Android 5.0 or iOS 14 and above)
- Excellent communication skills in English
Assessment & Qualification:
- Complete a language assessment and an open-book qualification exam to determine suitability for the role
- ID verification required
- Guidance and learning materials will be provided prior to the exam
- Work is subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the project
