Description:
We’re hiring Tier-1 Agents to review ads & online content for relevance, safety, and policy compliance. Immediate start.
What you’ll do:
- Learn and apply content and ads policies and guidelines accurately.
- Review text, image, audio, and video content and tag/label items precisely.
- Flag content that violates policy and provide concise feedback to help improve moderation tools and policy clarity.
- Stay current on related policies beyond your primary queue to ensure consistent decisions.
Must have:
- Graduate; 0–1 year related experience (freshers welcome).
- Fluent (C1) in the target language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Neutral mindset, high attention to detail, fast and analytical decision-making.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and quick to pick up new tools and platforms.
Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to content review, moderation, or ads rating.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
Contract: freelance, remote, flexible shifts • Pay: hourly, market-competitive
