Description:

Doppel is seeking a creative and AI-focused Content Developer / Learning Experience Designer to create engaging, threat-informed training experiences. The role is suited to an instructional designer, learning developer, or content creator who can transform complex cybersecurity concepts into practical, interactive, and memorable learning experiences.

The successful candidate will take ownership of learning content from initial needs analysis and objectives through development, testing, revision, and delivery. Using tools such as Articulate Storyline, AI platforms, video software, and interactive media, the candidate will develop scenario-based training that encourages learners to make decisions, recognize risks, and change their behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design realistic, threat-informed training that helps learners identify risks and make informed decisions.

• Manage learning projects from needs analysis and objective development through writing, production, revision, and delivery.

• Create interactive modules, branching scenarios, simulations, knowledge checks, and multimedia learning assets.

• Develop learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and other content development platforms.

• Incorporate gamification, storytelling, learner choice, and scenario-based techniques into training.

• Conduct learning needs assessments and determine appropriate learning solutions.

• Apply action mapping and outcome-focused design principles to connect training with performance goals.

• Use AI tools for ideation, content development, prototyping, scenario creation, media production, and assessment design.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, security, product, and creative teams.

• Create or coordinate video, animation, graphics, interactive media, and other learning formats.

• Continuously improve training based on learner feedback, quality standards, and performance objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or eLearning content development.

• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline; experience with Rise or Articulate 360 is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning objectives, and outcome-driven design.

• Experience developing scenario-based, interactive, and gamified learning experiences.

• Ability to write clear and engaging instructional content designed to support behavioral change.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or similar platforms.

• Experience conducting learning needs assessments and analyzing training requirements.

• Experience with video and content creation tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, Synthesia, or Canva.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Highly creative with a strong interest in developing innovative training experiences.

• Practical experience using AI to improve learning design, production, and efficiency.

• Ability to manage content projects from concept through completion while remaining focused on learner and business needs.

Strong knowledge of:

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing cybersecurity, information security, security awareness, privacy, compliance, or risk-related training.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
