A well-established organization in the financial services sector is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Consumer Protection Officer to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within exchange houses, financial institutions, or customer service environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory for this role.
  • UAE Nationals are preferred.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with consumer protection regulations issued by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).
