Description:
Hiring Consultant of IP Academy
Launching of online and off-line courses
Develop/Manage shared education calendar and ensure accuracy of all classes and events
Respond to communication from instructors and students in a timely manner
Onboard new instructors by creating and completing instructor contracts/forms; creating ASAP accounts, providing instructor handbook, etc.
Create/review/manage instructor’s videos, supporting contracts on an ongoing basis
Issue and manage class transfers, credits and support finance in processing; manage against budget
Manage scheduling and oversight of all online courses, attestation and certification
Work extensively to input, update and manage all class information and registrations
Answer all ASAP questions from instructors and students (i.e. log-in errors, etc.)
Creation marketing and ad materials, development of web-site, social media accounts.
Additional bonuses from courses sales.
Working days: Sunday to Thursday (9am – 6 pm)
