We have an urgent requirement in Abu Dhabi for a reputed company
5- 10 years
Experience in production support project (Mandatory)
Incident management / Problem Management
Lead incident resolution activities and ability to work with multiple vendors
Provide production support service to Postilion (Mandatory) and Falcon application
Excellent communication skills (Oral / written)
Ability to analyze, trouble shoot and provide technical solutions for specific production issues
Able to lead a team (Minimum 5 members)
Understanding on POS/Acquiring systems
Knowledge on banking domain
Must be available in UAE.
