Description:
Phoenix Tower International (PTI Services) is seeking a motivated Construction Manager to join our remote U.S. team. This role is essential in the design and implementation of wireless communication tower sites, supporting connectivity solutions across multiple regions. You will coordinate with project teams, clients, property owners, and vendors to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates including labor, travel, equipment, and software.
• Manage projects through resource allocation, budget tracking, and status reporting.
• Assess client and property owner needs and communicate requirements to project teams.
• Conduct field surveys, equipment configuration, and layout design to meet standards.
• Perform bid walks, feasibility walks, preconstruction meetings, and punch walks.
• Travel domestically as required to support project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and organizational objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of construction/project management experience in telecom infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Solid understanding of construction processes, methods, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance coverage criteria; Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification if required.
