In this role, the Compliance Specialist plays a key part in ensuring organizational adherence to legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. The position supports the implementation of risk management strategies and helps build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. You will serve as an internal watchdog for compliance issues, maintain critical tracking systems, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits by reviewing random samples and verifying compliance with policies, then updating internal tracking systems to reflect outcomes.
  • Identify potential compliance issues and bring them to management’s attention.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary and track follow-through.
  • Educate internal departments and partners on compliance procedures and expectations.
  • Execute standard administrative and reporting functions related to compliance operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a consistent and methodical approach to work

Compensation:
This role offers a salary range between $61,760 and $92,640 annually, depending on your experience, education, location, and other qualifications. Specific compensation details will be shared during the interview process.
