RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist II to join our team remotely. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while partnering with clients to ensure regulatory compliance in the affordable housing sector. The position provides the flexibility to work independently while remaining supported by a leading company in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating with site managers via telephone or email to provide guidance and training on affordable housing compliance
  • Conduct electronic reviews of applicant and resident files through a web-based system to ensure compliance with federal and state program regulations within designated timelines
  • Analyze potential risks to prevent compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Prepare clear written communications to document file deficiencies and relay important information to relevant parties
  • Listen effectively and respond to client and internal team questions to maintain strong professional relationships
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams while managing individual responsibilities efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, including certification auditing
  • Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD program requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Vigilance in following up to ensure compliance plans are effectively implemented
  • Flexibility and ability to act with urgency
