We’re Hiring: Compliance Manager | Dubai (UAE)
SecureVisa Group (SVG) is strengthening its regulatory and compliance division and is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multi-client environment. This is a senior, hands-on role designed for professionals who are confident operating under regulatory scrutiny and managing complex compliance frameworks.
Core requirements include:
• Strong regulatory background with mandatory certification from SCA, VARA, DFSA, or an equivalent authority
• Proven, hands-on experience working directly with VARA, including regulatory filings, ongoing compliance obligations, and engagement with supervisory bodies
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple regulated clients at the same time across crypto, fintech, and broader financial services sectors
• Solid experience handling licensing processes, post-licensing requirements, internal and external audits, and periodic regulatory reporting
Key competencies:
• Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, technology, cybersecurity, finance, and operations teams
• Capacity to work independently while making sound, defensible compliance decisions
• Confidence in representing clients in regulator-facing meetings and formal discussions
