Description:
Collabera is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team remotely. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance. The ideal candidate is a college student in their third year of Criminal Justice or a recent graduate who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain experience in compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screenings using Bridger, the enterprise screening tool
- Perform enhanced due diligence research
- Collaborate with lines of business and market compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Document findings accurately and maintain compliance records
Qualifications & Skills:
- Keen attention to detail in investigations, analysis, and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer research and internet-based tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge or interest in Risk, AML, KYC, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering practices
- Recent graduates in Criminal Justice, Political Science, or related legal fields are encouraged to apply
