The Compliance Analyst role is critical to ensuring that RSI’s products, systems, and processes meet regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions. This position involves monitoring regulations, supporting product certifications, maintaining compliance documentation, and guiding internal teams to integrate compliance effectively into their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Research and Analysis
- Monitor and interpret state laws and gaming regulations affecting operations, technology, and product offerings.
- Review new or proposed regulations and provide structured feedback for internal discussions.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for internal teams.
Product Compliance & Documentation
- Assist with regulatory submissions, including documentation, communication, and coordination.
- Maintain organized records of compliance requirements and documentation.
- Support compliance reporting and periodic filings to regulatory bodies.
- Help teams develop and refine internal controls.
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance standards.
- Work with external partners, including testing labs and vendors, to facilitate certification and regulatory processes.
- Review compliance-related incidents and provide guidance on regulatory expectations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing materials and assisting with responses.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong analytical and research abilities to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Experience maintaining regulatory documentation, compliance reports, and internal controls.
- Familiarity with compliance in software-driven environments, including technical product requirements and certification standards.
