The company is seeking a skilled Compensation Partner to support the design and execution of competitive compensation programs that attract and retain top-tier talent across global markets.
In this role, the selected candidate will specifically focus on Sales Compensation, partnering closely with Sales leadership and People teams to design scalable compensation frameworks aligned with Figma’s growth strategy. The position requires strong analytical thinking, deep knowledge of sales compensation structures, and the ability to translate business goals into effective reward systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of global sales compensation programs with a focus on OTE benchmarking and structure design
• Support job architecture, role leveling, and compensation benchmarking for sales roles across global regions
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Sales leadership on all compensation-related matters
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, People Partners, Customer Experience, and Enablement teams
• Contribute to expansion strategies by designing compensation structures for new markets and territories
• Use market data and benchmarking tools to assess compensation competitiveness and recommend improvements
• Develop clear communication materials to educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy and structure
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders on complex compensation initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in compensation or a similar HR/People function within a fast-paced organization
• Strong background in supporting Sales or Go-To-Market organizations
• Deep understanding of quota-based environments and sales incentive structures
• Strong technical skills in compensation analysis tools and benchmarking systems
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
• Experience working across multiple geographies is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Additional Preferred Experience:
• Experience in scaling organizations during rapid growth or transformation phases
• Familiarity with sales planning, quota setting, and performance measurement frameworks
