The Community Product Manager will play a critical role in building and scaling a product-focused community that directly contributes to product development, user engagement, and business growth. This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on position where you will actively engage with users while shaping product direction through community insights.
• Design, build, and scale a structured product-driven community aligned with business and product objectives
• Establish and manage community programs including advisory councils, beta groups, early access cohorts, and product feedback loops
• Evaluate and implement community platforms such as Slack, Discord, Circle, LinkedIn, and other emerging tools
• Drive meaningful engagement and discussions that generate actionable product insights
• Translate community feedback into structured inputs for Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to influence roadmap decisions and feature prioritization
• Host live sessions including AMAs, product demos, webinars, office hours, and onboarding events
• Educate and activate users to improve product adoption, retention, and engagement
• Act as a strong product evangelist within the community ecosystem
• Build rapid prototypes and experiments using AI tools to validate product ideas in real time
• Develop workflows, demos, and mockups to test hypotheses directly with users
• Ensure community insights translate into measurable product and revenue outcomes
• Operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong execution mindset
• Proven experience building or managing online communities within SaaS, startups, or tech ecosystems
• Strong ability to convert raw feedback into structured product insights
• Comfortable running live demos, workshops, and user-facing sessions
• Experience with community platforms and engagement tools
• AI-fluent and capable of using AI tools for prototyping and experimentation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly proactive, scrappy, and outcome-driven mindset
