We are seeking an experienced Community Associate to help us expand and support our growing network of thousands of venture capital managers across multiple communities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment, gaining exposure to every facet of the venture capital industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage community communications to keep members informed and engaged.
  • Plan and execute community events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars and AMAs.
  • Moderate discussions, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive, collaborative environment to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations across all community channels, including Slack.
  • Monitor industry trends in venture capital and community management to ensure we remain innovative.
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including participants, mentors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or similar roles.
  • Proven success working within fintech, VC, or startup accelerator ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to craft engaging, inclusive content.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience managing accelerator program operations is highly desirable.
  • Passion for venture capital and startup ecosystems.
