Description:
IAH Group is currently seeking a Communications Executive (Brand Operations Coordinator) to join its Brand & Strategic Communications department. This role will be instrumental in managing brand-related activities and ensuring smooth communication strategies across the group. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, supporting events, and maintaining efficient communication systems while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to keep tasks on track
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Assist in planning and executing events and brand activations
• Organize and maintain systems for creative assets and communications materials
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and identify potential risks proactively
• Support in managing content calendars and rollout schedules
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Business, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, PR coordination, marketing, or project management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in multi-brand and fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency will be considered an advantage)
