The Commissions Specialist will work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate commission calculations, reporting, and payments for both internal sales representatives and external agents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation, calculation, and processing of commissions based on established structures for internal and external sales teams

  • Collaborating with sales and finance teams to understand commission workflows and their impact on overall business operations
