Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a Commissions Administrator who can perform effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and accurately input commission statements from various insurance carriers.
- Analyze and reconcile commission transactions with bank statements.
- Manage multiple deadlines to ensure all agent commissions are processed and paid on time.
- Respond promptly and courteously to agent inquiries, handling difficult situations with professionalism.
- Perform additional administrative duties related to the commissions department as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in an Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO) or at a carrier level is highly beneficial.
- Strong Excel proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to deliver difficult information tactfully.
- Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage; willingness to learn is valued.
