Description:

Sabr Holdings Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven and experienced Commercial Manager to join its growing group of companies in Abu Dhabi. The role will support operations across interior fit-out, joinery and manufacturing, MEP services, construction support services, and design and project management sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong UAE contracting experience with the ability to manage commercial controls, financial reporting, procurement processes, cash flow management, and operational risks within fast-paced construction environments. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial operations, financial controls, and reporting activities across company projects.

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, costs, and commercial performance to support business objectives.

• Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and commercial risk management.

• Work closely with project and operational teams to ensure financial and commercial efficiency.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports using advanced Excel and reporting tools.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational optimization.

• Support business growth through effective commercial strategies and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial accounting experience.

• Strong understanding of UAE contracting and commercial operations.

• Experience working in fit-out, construction, or related industries.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities.

• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

• Experience with Odoo ERP, automation tools, AI solutions, or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of:

• Commercial management and construction accounting.

• Cash flow management, procurement, and contract controls.

• Financial reporting and business analysis.

• UAE contracting practices and operational risk management.
