Description:

Al Khalidiya Group, a well-established organization in the UAE with a strong presence across multiple industries, is currently seeking a Commercial & Customer Service Executive to join its Group Commercial Department at the company’s main office in Abu Dhabi. The group operates 13 successful subsidiaries across sectors including Aluminium, Glass, Waterproofing, Joinery, and Care Services, making it one of the diversified business groups in the region.

This position is ideal for a proactive and confident professional who can support commercial activities while maintaining high standards of customer service across the group’s operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the Group Commercial Manager and assist in managing customer relations, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring smooth communication among departments and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Group Commercial Manager with daily commercial operations and customer service tasks across the organization.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure all queries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with different departments and subsidiaries to maintain effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Support the preparation of major quotations, proposals, and other commercial documentation required for business activities.
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests, service needs, and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain organized records of customer communications, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred for this role.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in commercial operations, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• A confident, proactive, and responsible personality capable of managing tasks independently.
• Holding a UAE Driving License will be considered an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
