Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer billing inquiries via helpdesk, email, or phone, providing clear and accurate guidance.
• Generate monthly invoices for all SAAS accounts and apply billing adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor account activity, including onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing account status to ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding payments and past-due invoices to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the monthly billing review process by completing assigned tasks during the review period.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare billing, preferably with DME exposure.
• Experience with cash receipting and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn job-specific software systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
