✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
- Communicate professionally with school districts, donors, and partners regarding account balances, payments, and financial documentation
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and unapplied payments in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment commitments using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Generate aging reports, track KPIs, and escalate delinquent accounts as needed
- Reconcile customer accounts and support month-end closing processes
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables), Outlook, and Microsoft 365 suite
- Experienced with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite and Salesforce preferred)
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with school district procurement and financial policies preferred
- Flexibility to travel 5–10%
