We’re Hiring: Collections Executive – Portuguese Speakers
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a professional Collections Executive fluent in Portuguese to join a client-facing collections team. The role focuses on courteous, results-driven recovery of outstanding accounts through phone and written communication, negotiation, and accurate record-keeping. Candidates with relevant experience in their home country are encouraged to apply; preference will be given to those already in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers by phone and email to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement solutions while protecting the company’s interests.
- Record all customer interactions and update account information accurately in the CRM.
- Work to achieve individual and team KPIs and escalate complex or disputed cases as needed.
- Maintain professional, culturally aware communication with Portuguese-speaking customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential.
- Prior experience in collections or a related credit/debt recovery role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Good organizational skills and basic computer literacy (MS Office / CRM systems).
