Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls and text messages to assist customers in maintaining compliance.
• Initiate outbound communications via calls, texts, or email to support retention and collections efforts.
• Follow up on all promised payments, payment plans, and settlements promptly.
• Organize, plan, and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines and departmental KPIs.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve customer account issues.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Highly motivated to achieve department goals and maintain performance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Availability to work 10:30 AM – 7 PM CST.
