Description:

Cast & Crew is looking for a detail-oriented Coding & Reporting Specialist to support its entertainment technology and services operations. The role focuses on maintaining client account coding, managing reporting processes, and ensuring accurate data setup across payroll and production software systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to validate data, maintain reporting tables, and support high-volume requests. This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage data entry, research, and reporting tasks accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver standard reports for clients and internal teams.

• Maintain client fringe coding tables and related data structures.

• Audit data related to vacation, holiday, and sick accruals.

• Create and manage government reporting processes.

• Maintain conversion and sick accrual tables within company systems.

• Review client requirements and coordinate with custom reporting teams.

• Validate and update coding data to ensure accuracy across payroll and software platforms.

• Collaborate with clients through email and remote meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to review and analyze client requests.

• Excellent attention to detail and high data entry accuracy.

• Ability to research, collect, and validate data effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and collaboration abilities.

• Previous experience with character-based software is preferred.

• Previous experience in the entertainment industry is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of:

 • Data entry, validation, and reporting processes

 • Client account coding and data management

 • Payroll software systems and reporting tools
