We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused Cluster Reservation Agent to join the dynamic cluster team at Dukes The Palm and NH Collection Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment.
As part of the reservations team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and personalized booking experiences for guests while supporting overall guest satisfaction across both properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage guest reservations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a seamless and personalized reservation experience
- Assist guests with reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations in a professional manner
- Coordinate closely with team members to streamline booking processes and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure reservation accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills are considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Minimum of one year of previous experience in a reservation agent role
