We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Cluster Assistant Sales Manager – Travel Trade to join our vibrant Sales Team. This role is crucial for driving revenue through strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and destination management companies (DMCs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the travel trade sector and a genuine passion for promoting luxury hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners in both local and international markets.
- Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and property site inspections to showcase offerings.
- Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and quotations tailored to travel trade clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align offers and packages.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in hotel sales, particularly within the travel trade segment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the UAE hospitality market is preferred.
