Description:
We are urgently seeking a professional and personable Club Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a warm and welcoming environment for members and guests while managing front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and confirm club appointments, classes, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, attendance, and payments.
- Provide detailed information about club facilities, services, and promotions.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Follow all company policies, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Previous experience in reception or customer service, ideally within a hotel, spa, or fitness club.
