Description:
Cloud Support Technician – Remote (US)
Atmosera is seeking a dedicated Cloud Support Technician to join our Service Operations team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, and deliver exceptional customer service while gaining experience in Azure cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
· Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents for customer infrastructure in Azure.
· Triage and respond to telemetry alerts promptly.
· Install, configure, and administer customer systems in Azure.
· Troubleshoot virtual servers and network issues.
· Escalate complex issues to Tier-2 and Tier-3 support when necessary.

Process & Optimization:
· Review systems, processes, and procedures regularly.
· Document processes and maintain a knowledge base.
· Promote best practices to improve organizational efficiency.

Communication & Customer Service:
· Explain technical issues and solutions to clients in business-friendly terms.
· Interact with customers to identify and troubleshoot IT problems.
· Provide regular updates via email, ticketing systems, and phone.
· Maintain clear communication with all team members regarding ticket status.

Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
· Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
· Familiarity with virtual servers and networking concepts.
· Strong interest in learning and mastering Azure cloud technologies.

Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:
· Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
· Strong desire to learn new technologies and problem-solve.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
· Strong customer service focus and teamwork orientation.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in help desk, service desk, or systems administration.
· Experience supporting virtual servers and troubleshooting network issues is a plus.
· Background in managed services, hosted services, or Network Operations Center (NOC) environments is advantageous.
· Experience reviewing technical logs and handling telemetry alerts.
