About the role
Snapdocs is expanding and seeking a detail-oriented Closing Operations Specialist to support our document-processing workflows for residential mortgage closings. You’ll work on a high-volume platform used across the real estate ecosystem, helping ensure documents are processed accurately and transactions move smoothly from origination to close. This is a remote, full-time role for candidates based in the United States.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Process documents in the transaction queue including classifications, annotations, quality checks (QC), eNotes, RON tasks, and post-close QC.
  • Identify and resolve common transaction issues and escalate when cases require deeper intervention.
  • Collaborate with supervisors through regular 1:1s and participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $25.00/hr (SF Bay Area, NYC, Seattle Metro) — $22.00/hr (all other locations).
