The organization is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead for the Psychology Department to oversee clinical operations, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain compliance with DHA regulations and UAE healthcare standards. The role requires strong leadership in guiding a multidisciplinary team and maintaining high standards of psychological care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical, operational, and professional activities within the Psychology Department
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy services
• Supervise treatment planning, clinical governance, and quality assurance processes
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate psychologists, therapists, and trainees
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, ethical guidelines, and patient safety standards
• Participate in clinical audits, accreditation reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor departmental performance, productivity, scheduling, and patient flow
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, allied health professionals, and external referral networks
• Lead CPD programs, clinical training, and DHA observership initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent field
• DHA Eligibility or active DHA license as Clinical Psychologist is mandatory
• Minimum 5–10 years of clinical experience post qualification
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of DHA healthcare regulations and clinical standards
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex clinical cases
• Strong knowledge of:
• Psychological assessment and therapy methods
• Clinical governance and quality assurance systems
