Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the full data lifecycle, from protocol review to database design and final database lock.
- Conduct thorough data reviews to ensure accuracy, integrity, and adherence to critical metrics.
- Implement best practices in clinical data management for timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with external data vendors and CROs to maintain smooth data operations.
- Support innovative therapeutic development that impacts patient outcomes.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in data management with advanced knowledge of data processes.
- Experience managing external data vendors and CROs.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated, capable of handling multiple projects independently and in teams.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
