Hiring | Arabic – Clinic Supervisor | Abu Dhabi
A well-established medical center in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Clinic Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day clinical and operational activities. This role is best suited for candidates with a strong background in healthcare operations, quality management, and team leadership. Immediate joiners are highly preferred, and applications are encouraged only from candidates who meet the outlined requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Ensure full compliance with Department of Health (DoH) regulations, JAWDA quality indicators, JCI accreditation standards, and internal quality assurance policies
• Lead, guide, and support multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans to enhance patient care standards
• Plan, conduct, and oversee internal and external audits related to clinical performance, safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and communicate with healthcare authorities, government bodies, and external auditors as required
• Monitor KPIs, prepare operational and quality reports, and propose data-driven improvements
• Improve operational efficiency while maintaining high levels of patient safety and clinical excellence
Requirements:
• Proven experience in healthcare operations management within a medical center environment (mandatory)
• Strong clinical background such as Dentist, Registered Nurse, or similar healthcare qualification preferred
• Hands-on experience with quality assurance, audits, compliance, and accreditation standards (DoH / JAWDA / JCI)
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, licensing procedures, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Immediate availability to join is strongly preferred
