Description:
Join Hanger, Inc., a leader in Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) consulting, as a Client Support Specialist. This remote role supports Client Partners with billing, payment processing, and accounts receivable while acting as a key liaison within the Revenue Solutions Team. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate revenue cycle management and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic claim scrubs and data entry into insurance portals
• Conduct preliminary and detailed insurance verifications
• Prepare documentation for prior authorization submissions
• Monitor and report claim statuses per client specifications
• Mail paper claims and investigate claim denials
• Conduct follow-up calls with insurance companies to manage accounts receivable
• Generate monthly reports as required by client partners
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Participate in additional tasks and roles as professional development is completed or assigned by leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• 1–2 years of prior medical office experience
• Must have or be eligible for a valid driver’s license in compliance with Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy
