Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and landlords via chat, email, and phone, resolving inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Guide new landlords and partners through the PMS platform to ensure they gain full value from our tools
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, escalating when necessary to maintain smooth operations
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, track satisfaction metrics, and identify recurring issues to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Tech teams to refine workflows and improve the end-to-end customer experience
- Identify opportunities for upselling and retention, enhancing guest stays and building strong landlord relationships
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer success, hospitality, or property management
- Comfortable using CRM, PMS, and other digital support tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability
- Empathetic, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages, especially French, are a plus
