Description:
Netsmart is currently seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Success Coordinator to join its growing team in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building long-term client relationships and helping organizations achieve measurable success through technology-driven solutions.

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients. You will support clients throughout their journey by ensuring smooth implementation, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand value across Netsmart’s solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary client contact for all business relationship activities, including implementation, training, adoption initiatives, integrations, contract maintenance, and renewals.
• Conduct proactive client business reviews supported by data analysis, research, and performance monitoring to identify and resolve risks to satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize established strategies to develop marketing and sales plans for existing clients, prospects, and targeted client segments.
• Deliver platform demonstrations for prospective clients in collaboration with internal Netsmart teams.
• Clearly communicate solution capabilities, technology offerings, and consulting services while identifying opportunities for upselling and portfolio expansion.
• Advocate for clients internally by collaborating with sales, professional services, product management, and development teams to address challenges and plan future solutions.
• Manage client escalations and assigned projects as required, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM and support systems, including documentation, billing details, and data integrity.
• Develop strong knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, competitive landscapes, and best practices relevant to assigned clients.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, implementation, support, or product management for a SaaS-based product.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities with the capacity to manage a high-volume workload.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting the same or similar SaaS product environment.
• Background in healthcare information technology (HCIT), solution strategy, or consulting.
