As a Client Success Associate, you will be a vital part of Nest’s support team, empowering veterinary practices with the guidance, tools, and resources they need to succeed. You’ll act as the frontline representative for our partners, addressing day-to-day questions, supporting clinics with our wellness platform, and ensuring every client feels confident and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Respond to inbound support inquiries via email, phone, and chat with empathy, urgency, and clarity.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to billing, plan setup, client communication, and platform usage.
  • Keep accurate records of support tickets and resolutions in the system.

Enablement & Education

  • Develop and maintain self-serve support content, including help center articles and training videos.
  • Assist with onboarding new practices through email campaigns, welcome calls, or follow-up check-ins.
  • Improve internal documentation and SOPs to scale support processes efficiently.

Feedback & Collaboration

  • Escalate software bugs and common challenges to Product and Hospital Success Managers.
  • Identify recurring client needs and propose enhancements to tools, communication, and training materials.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to advocate for the customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or healthcare/veterinary settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, friendly and confident.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and responsive; able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Loom, and Notion.
  • Empathetic, enthusiastic, and committed to helping veterinary professionals succeed.
