Description:
CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join its operations and client support team in the United States. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations across client services and internal departments while supporting administrative and coordination functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, supporting documentation processes, preparing client-facing materials, and assisting in the delivery of reporting and operational tasks. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and contributes significantly to maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Client Services department and cross-functional teams
• Maintain and update client records and internal system data
• Prepare and manage client-facing materials, communication guides, and documentation
• Track and reconcile client utilization activity across multiple accounts
• Assist in preparing reports and performance summaries for clients
• Manage distribution lists, administrative records, and internal documentation
• Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
• Assist with special projects assigned by the Client Services Operations Manager
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Health Promotion, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, coordination, or support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential data
• Strong knowledge of:
